Well other than the Nobel Peace Prize thing, nothing much has been going on with me. I mean even when I heard I had won the damn thing all I could think was, "I wonder why Tam's ass hurts?" Tell me I don't have my head on straight? Go on tell me! Bwahahahahahahaha

Thank God my curiosity is partially satisfied. Now at least while I am performing the aria from La Bohiem for her majesty I won't be worrying about your bum.

I was the victim of an assault. Got hit in head from behind, knock down, hit my head on something, was unconsious for about 20 minutes... came to strapped into a head and back brace in an ambulance.

Luckily only a mild concusion and minor head/neck trauma.

that was two weeks ago. still recovering.

So, why does your ass hurt?

my grandma used to say: "they'll kill you for a dime these days" - and that was over twenty years ago!

i'm glad you're (relatively) ok.
i suppose they never caught the guy(s)?

the ass incident involves a coffee table and two clumsy guys. i'll explain more later..

Nope, they didn't catch him. I was lucky, a witness to the assault scared him off. He got away with $40. thats cheap...considering.

Your Grandmother was/is right...in certain places, etc...

as of this day, I am well. Not 100% yet, but doing well.

thanks,

And you know, Clumsy Guys are one thing, but those coffee tables....Geez, You really gotta watchout for those! I have had a few incidents involving coffe tables... dagerous creatures they are.

heat wave here in Colorado as well, mucho days in a row, over 100 , I've enjoyed the world cup, never figured the arrogant amerks would go far, and they didn't, unsure who to root for. I hope both sides play up to their best. I wanted the netherlands to do more (Cruyff was amongst my fave players (dating my age aren't I), and no, not kissing up to our tam, although, if your were on top, then of course I would kiss UP, but now, I digress)

hope we get to share the new photos, so enjoy your photography.........
and I'll be back ;)

thank you for the update tam, hope that lucious tush heals

before reading your responses to the other comments, i was gonna jokingly ask if all the stuff on your list prior to "why [your] ass hurts" was the reason for your ass hurting... :P

me? work. rafting 2 sundays ago. more work. having a group that involved bdsm and cross-dressing and the like come by where i work. and more work. well, i've been sleeping, eating, and going to the gym too. :)

I am sorry your team lost, and I hope your coffee table accident was not related to your depression from that loss.

What season of The West Wing are you up to? Is is the Original English voice track? If not, in what language do you get to hear it?

Me...

Work, Work, Work, Work, play, Work, Work, Work...

i'm generally pretty good at putting things into perspective so i don't think a lost football match would ever cause depression. :)
sure, it's a shame we lost, but even if we had won, that wasn't the type of football i like to watch. this doesn't do the image of dutch football much good.

the usual weekly episodes will be back after the summer. i remember that not so long ago donna was in a hospital bed in germany, where they brought her after she got injured in gaza. not sure what season that is from? 5?

but what i meant was that the hallmark channel is doing re-runs right from the first episode, which is cool because i never watched the first two seasons or so..

unlike in germany or france almost everything on tv here is shown in the original language, maybe with the exception of teletubbies and stuff like that.. :p
