welcome to the world of already

dutch photographer and music video director anton corbijn has made his first film, you may have heard about that. closer, a biopic on ian curtis has won prizes at this year's cannes film festival. corbijn financed half of the film's budget out of his own pocket. after watching the trailer i cannot wait to see this film!

you can see the trailer here on youtube (at least for now) or download it here.

a couple of days ago, popartagenda was asking what is on our summer reading list. it's not much of a list yet that i gave her. however, i did order the new murakami yesterday, but it can take up to a week before i can actually hold it in my hands.

there was something else.. oh, i'm making a mixtape for a friend. i've only just started to look for songs, but i do already have a title: oh those troubled sundays.
okay, let's call that the working title..

on cassette.

anything you like it to be.
you might already have noticed that some people on livejournal (like me) sometimes put things in the subject line that have nothing to do with the rest of the entry. :)
