santorum, watts, quin & king..

  • just so you know, none of these claims this rick santorum of yours has made about euthanasia in our country are true. it kinda scares me to think that this guy might have even the smallest chance to become your president.
  • we went to this great john watts / fischer-z gig last friday. here are some official photos (not by me)..
  • i meant to post this yesterday, on which day it would have been exactly 125 years ago that my friend's grandma was born. of course she isn't around anymore, but she did live to become a hundred years old..
  • i was asked where this song that i played yesterday (sara quin featuring kaki king - sweetness follows) was available. you can download it here for free..

It's HIGHLY unlikely Santorum will be elected. In fact, I'd be slightly surprised if he was still around after the spring.

Really, the Republican party is devouring itself, with a different candidate taking their meal every month. And they're all making insane statements of one kind or another, so that even their most viable candidate is offensive to the majority of people.

The positives are that the economy is growing, and people are feeling a bit more optimistic now than two years ago.

In a way this Republican race is great for Obama. Each one of their candidates is chopping down the others (or chopping themselves down by making ridiculous statements)! All the President has to do is sit back and wait for that street fight to come to an end, and then slice and dice up the last one standing in a couple of debates.

One of my favourite R.E.M. tracks. This version is quite interesting, thank you for the link.
